This feature offered an inside look at Ursula von Rydingsvard’s Bushwick studio as she prepared for two museum exhibitions in Philadelphia and a solo show at Galerie Lelong in New York. The photography captured the artist at work on her monumental cedar sculptures in various stages of completion.

I commissioned the photography and shaped the layout to highlight the artist’s process and the physicality of her large-scale sculptures.
